By downloading, accessing, or using AtHome (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AtHome is a software tool that allows users to simulate and modify the reported GPS location on their personal mobile devices.

3. Acceptable Use and User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You represent and warrant that:

• You will only use the Service on devices that you own or have explicit permission to modify.
• You will not use the Service to engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
• Third-Party Terms: You understand that simulating your location may violate the terms of service of third-party applications or services (e.g., social media, gaming, or tracking apps). You are solely responsible for compliance with any third-party agreements. We are not responsible for any account bans, suspensions, or penalties you may incur from third-party services as a result of using AtHome.

4. Accounts and Activation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account and obtain an activation code. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and activation codes. We reserve the right to revoke or suspend activation codes at any time if we suspect a violation of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by AtHome and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF DATA, OR ACCOUNT SUSPENSION BY THIRD PARTIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX (6) MONTHS FOR THE SERVICE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AtHome and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
